As was expected, the 2016 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (gr. I) drew a full field of fourteen two-year-old fillies, making it one of the most wide-open and competitive races of the Breeders’ Cup.

Aidan O’Brien, who is still seeking his first win in the Juvenile Fillies Turf, will send out the accomplished pair of Roly Poly (second in the Group 1 Chevely Park Stakes) and Hydrangea (second in the Group 1 Dubai Fillies Mile.) O’Brien’s son Joseph, who is enjoying a strong first year as a trainer, will send out Moyglare Stud Stakes (Eng-I) winner Intricately.
