2016 Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile Post Positions

In what could be one of the most intriguing races of the 2016 Breeders’ Cup, 2015 Breeders’ Cup Sprint (gr. I) winner Runhappy will face the talented two-time grade I winner Dortmund in the $1,000,000 Las Vegas Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile (gr. I) on November 4th at Santa Anita.

They will be joined by seven other horses, including Louisiana Derby (gr. II) winner Gun Runner, an accomplished three-year-old that has placed in some of the country’s biggest races this year, including the Kentucky Derby (gr. I) and the Travers Stakes (gr. I).
