Joel Rosario Will Ride Sticksstatelydude in Breeders’ Cup Juvenile

According to the Keeneland Barn Notes for October 21st, Joel Rosario will ride the promising Sticksstatelydude in the $2,000,000 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (gr. I) on October 31st at Keeneland.

Joel Rosario was aboard Sticksstatelydude when the son of First Dude broke his maiden in impressive fashion at Saratoga (click here for a recap), but was replaced by Brian Hernandez Jr. for the Breeders’ Futurity (gr. I), in which Sticksstatelydude finished a troubled fourth.

Trained by Greg Burchell, Sticksstatelydude has compiled a record of 1-1-0 from 3 starts, with earnings of $82,860.
