Cozmic One and Ziconic, the first two foals out of 2010 Horse of the Year Zenyatta, have returned to California after spending the summer in New York and posted workouts on Wednesday at Santa Anita.

Cozmic One, a three-year-old son of Bernardini that finished unplaced in his first two starts, went five furlongs in 1:04 flat, while Ziconic–an unraced two-year-old son of Tapit–breezed four furlongs in :49.60 seconds. Both colts are trained by John Shirreffs and owned by Jerry and Ann Moss, the same team that campaigned Zenyatta.
