2016 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf Pre-Entries

As usual, the $1,000,000 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (gr. I) has drawn a large number of pre-entries, including a deep roster of European shippers.

Aidan O’Brien, who sent out Alice Springs to finish second in the 2015 renewal of the Juvenile Fillies Turf, has pre-entered three fillies in the 2016 edition, including the multiple Group 1-placed runner Hydrangea and her Group 1-placed stablemates Promise To Be True and Roly Poly. O’Brien’s son Joseph, who won the 2011 Breeders’ Cup Turf (gr. I) as a jockey, will send out Intricately, winner of the Moyglare Stud Stakes (Eng-I).
