2016 Breeders’ Cup Classic Pre-Entries

2014 Horse of the Year California Chrome, Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (Fr-I) winner Found, and record-breaking Travers Stakes (gr. I) winner Arrogate are among the major names that have been pre-entered in a fantastic renewal of the $6 million Breeders’ Cup Classic (gr. I), scheduled to be run on November 5th at Santa Anita Park.

The race drew a full field of fourteen, although five have been cross-entered in other Breeders’ Cup races. The complete list of pre-entries is as follows:

Found has second preference in the Breeders’ Cup Turf.
Gun Runner has second preference in the Breeders’ Cup Classic.
Highland Reel has first preference in the Breeders’ Cup Turf.
War Story has second preference in the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile.
Win the Space has second preference in the Breeders’ Cup Turf.
