The once-beaten Golden Horn, winner of the Investec Derby (Eng-I) and Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (Fr-I), has been pre-entered in the $3,000,000 Breeders’ Cup Turf (gr. I) at Keeneland and is expected to start as the heavy favorite in the October 31st race.
Fellow European shippers Found, runner-up in the QIPCO Champion Stakes (Eng-I), and Postponed, winner of the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes (Eng-I), have also been pre-entered and add further depth to the field. Joe Hirsch Turf Classic (gr. I) winner Big Blue Kitten and Arlington Million (gr. I) winner The Pizza Man lead the U.S. hopefuls.
